This is a Practitioner Qualification, recognised by professional bodies and is suitable for coaches, HR professionals and other leaders.

Supervision is a reflective practice. It enables you to look deeply at your work, peeling back layers of awareness, noticing patterns, and understanding human dynamics. Supervision and the insights gained, deepens your understanding of you…and through this new awareness your work, and your service to others, will change.

During this course you will provide 24 hours supervision to coaches and/or other practitioners / leaders with prior agreement, and you will receive supervision on your work. You will also be supported by Reflective Learning Groups in which you will deepen your learning.

There are 20 online workshops (2.5 hours each) and topics covered will include:

Plus Onboarding (4 March - 90m) and Returning/Coming back together (2 Sept - 2.5h)

4 x Reflective Learning Groups (1.5 hours per group)

1 x Case Study presentation

2 x Supervision Groups (1.5 hours) and 4 x individual Supervision Sessions (each 1 hour)

12 hours in Peer Practice Pods and

45 hours individual study.

You will keep a regular Reflective Learning Journal throughout the course and a Supervision Log (all supervision received and delivered with dates)
